    The food is always pretty good, I skip other KFC's to go to the one In Hildebran. However please train your staff on what customer service is! I always get an attitude when going through the drive through, the staff act like any request is just an inconvenience. I have only experienced this between 5:00pm and 7:00 pm.
    But on a positive note Randall one of the managers was absolutely amazing and apologized for all the mistakes and made my order right, with a smile, and was more than eager to do so. Thanks Randall for making a bad experience end up being a good one!!
    My only request is please train your staff in what customer service really means!
